Factory is closed. Bout as dead as it gets. We'd have to build back up to it steadily. We have light vehicles like Foxhound and Jackal on our construction, but nothing bigger anymore. Is it just me or do others find it hard to escape the conclusion that the sole beneficiary of American Foreign Policy, particularly that regarding Human Rights pronouncements is the Russian arms industry?
