UK Forces Fire Fighting

A museum showcasing the work of RAF firefighters is facing closure unless it can find a new home. More than 40 volunteers look after the collection, which is currently housed in a warehouse in Lincolnshire. However, they've been given until mid-December to find a new space.

On an aircraft carrier, a fire can quickly turn into an inferno. That’s why the Royal Navy has equipped the HMS Queen Elizabeth with a fail-safe: water pipes filled with foam suppressants.
