I shouldn't waste my time on it, but I can't help wondering - these NATO thinktankers like Heisenbourg have spent the last 4-5 years reporting on a monthly basis just how oh soo bad things are between France and Germany and that FCAS will fail any day now!
So, now they're starting on the tank-program too..?
Genuine question: Do you guys reckon Heisi and co actually believe they're own "information" - and somehow don't see that they're pumping out the same news every month and that it never proves to be true?
