Will Boris do a better job, this time:

Meanwhile, Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson called for "proper, free and fair elections" to prevent Zimbabwe transitioning "from one unelected tyrant to another".

He added: "We will do all we can, with our international partners, to ensure this provides a genuine opportunity for all Zimbabweans to decide their future."

Well, once in 30 years.

Mugabe was about to expire, China did not want to risk its influence by backing the extravagant, ex-gvmnt typist and now they have another 15 years of back seat driving ahead, without (visibly) exposing their policies or backing for any criticism.

So, another President-for-life?
Fortune favors brave sir, said Carrot cheerfully.
What's her position about heavily armed, well prepared and overmanned armies?
Oh, noone's ever heard of Fortune favoring them, sir.
According to General Tacticus, it's because they favor themselves…
